All items undergo a Quality Assurance check before they are sent out. Both stitching and strength of materials are tested. Images of each product are taken as a record and to ensure a high standard product has been sent out.
If you would like to return an item, or the item is damaged please contact Pea Street on the above email with your reason for return. You have 14 days to return an item starting from the date of recieving it.
Pea Street can custom make to fit you perfectly but unfortunately all custom orders can't be refunded.
CONDITION OF PRODUCTS
Items that are returned in the same condition as they were when sent out will recieve a full refund. This does is not include return postage costs*
Items that have been damaged by you will not recieve a refund. Please enquire using the above email address for instructions. This is resolved on a case by case basis. Pea street have the right to refuse refunds. It is important that you do not return the item before contacting us, as we will not be able to return any items recieved*
If the product has a manufacturing defect, we will be happy to provide an exchange. This will be resolved on a case by case basis. Please email us on the above address explaining the issue. Attached photos would be helpful.

HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURN?
Please allow up to 10 working days for your parcel to be returned to Pea Street. We will send you a confirmation email once it has arrived. You will receive an additional email once your return has been processed. If you haven’t heard any communication from us after the 10 working day timescale, please contact our Customer Care Team with your order number and details of the items returned.
Please use the tracking system to help both ends for security.
